Full-Race is proud to release the "Reverse-Mount" Intercooler kit for your 04-07 WRX/STI with rotated turbo. Typical Front Mount Intercoolers use extremely long charge pipes - this extra length results in added turbo lag and delayed throttle response, in order to cool the charge air. Full-Race's Front Mount Intercooler kit is designed to use the shortest possible charge piping lengths and the least amount of bends for high flow and low restriction. By flipping the intake manifold around so that the TB faces forwards, we are able to save 22-24" of charge piping for a net spool gain of 250-300+rpm, and corresponding midrange/tq benefits that carry through the entire rpm band.
